Presentation Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Call in at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session time. \u00a0Please refer to the Presenter Agreement for the date and time for your session(s).<\/li>\n
  2. Call in from a landline phone (chorded preferred). \u00a0This is for recording quality. \u00a0Cellular and cordless phones are not reliable as signals can drop and calls can have static interference.<\/li>\n
  3. Call from a quiet room with no distractions. \u00a0Let those around you know that you are doing a presentation and cannot be disturbed.<\/li>\n
  4. Turn off call waiting on the phone that you are calling in from.<\/li>\n
  5. Silence all cellphones & pagers, and computers.<\/li>\n
  6. During the moments before the session begins, let the host know when you would like to have the question & answer period for your session.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Tips for presenting:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Remember that you have valuable information to share and that people have come to listen to you.<\/li>\n
    2. Even though you cannot see or hear them, there is a listening audience. The conference host will be on the calls with you, so you will not be alone.<\/li>\n
    3. Relax and let your personality show through. \u00a0And smile! \u00a0A smile can be heard over the phone.<\/li>\n
    4. When the session begins, you will hear introduction music, then the host will briefly introduce you and the topic that you will be presenting on. \u00a0Then the floor is yours!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
